5) Construction

What you will need:

1 Lazy Susan 15″ (I bought mine from Ikea)

2 pieces of foam board 15″ x 30″

Thick Black Masking Tape

Black Marker

1 Deck of Rectangular playing cards (take out the queens and jokers)

1 Deck of Circular playing Cards (rectangular from a different set can also work but circular feels more authentic (take out the queens and jokers))

A center piece – I used something I found lying around that worked perfectly so you may need to be creative about this one. The Ring was created from a transparent box of gummies with the middle taken out and then #’s printed on paper to line the inside

3 paper clamps labeled with Buy, Sell, Exchange

8 objects to represent Evade Tokens (I used glass stones I found lying around but would like to use something that looked like gold)

8 objects to represent Reserves Tokens (I used gold painted stones)

800 Bingo Chips – This represents the players’ influence or latinum.

2-3 blank 4 sided dice  (outline the sides on a blank label, cut them out with an exacto blade and stick them on to the dice with proper numbering. Taping on top of a numbered die would likely work too but I bought blanks)

Here are the Dimensions I generally work with depending on the board.

I was wondering if you could put up some more detailed construction instructions or email me some. I want to build one for a birthday party coming up, it would be great for a star trek themed party. I just need a little more details on how you built yours. Like supply list etc. Many thanks!

It looks like no one has posted in a while but I’m wondering if more detailed instructions are still available? Please email them to me if possible.

    Thank you

The instructions listed are as detailed as I have them so far. If there is something you want me to expand on just let me know and I will do so. I haven’t been checking this site as regularly as I should have as it was just a personal project but now that I see there is interest, I will be more active in my monitoring and updating of this site and its materials.

Sorry I hadn’t checked back after February. Looks like the site has got some new content which is awesome! I’m going to look to build one of my own soon so I appreciate the updates. Keep up the great work!

GREAT ! project , working on one of my own .

However got a question ….. How big are each of the Triangels you cut and how big was the Lazy Susan you got 10 inch 12 inch ??

    thanks in advance

Just try to make them as big as can fit on the board you are using. My 2 boards are sized at 30″ x 20″ and then I make them 30″ x 15″ so side by side they are 30″ x 30″. I’ve included some measurements under the construction section now.
